Una vez escogids las meteremos en el mortero y las machacaremos con la mano de mortero hasta que se haga una pasta (para que nos resulte m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil podemos a\u00f1adir una pizca de sal). Seguidamente a\u00f1adiremos un ajo troceado y un pu\u00f1ado de pi\u00f1ones tostados y lo picaremos junto con la albahaca. Cuando todo est\u00e9 mezclado cambiaremos la mano de mortero por una cuchara, a\u00f1adiremos una cucharada de parmesano y finalmente nuestro\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rebostavilluis.com\/es\/comprar\/aceite-de-oliva-virgen-extra-1lt-avi-lluis\/\">Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra<\/a> para juntarlo todo.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez hecha la salsa podremos combinarla de mil formas distintas! En nuestro caso hemos decidido preparar una tostada elaborada. Ideal para desayunar, cenar, merendar o lo que te apetezca!<\/p>\n<p>Empezamo confitando varios ajos con nuestro Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra. Los dejamos en el fuego al \u00ednimo durante una media hora. Mientras cocinamos los ajos tostaremos una rebanada de pan para montar nuestra tostada. Cuando los ajos est\u00e9n confitados, a\u00f1adiremos uno a la tostada y lo untaremos como si fuera mantequilla.
