Este <strong data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"533\">estofado de ternera con miel y vino tinto<\/strong> es exactamente eso: un plato reconfortante, intenso y lleno de sabor que se construye gracias al tiempo y la paciencia. En L\u2019Avi Llu\u00eds siempre hemos defendido la cocina casera y de temporada, y esta receta es una manera deliciosa de llevar ese esp\u00edritu a la mesa.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"1052\">La combinaci\u00f3n de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rebostavilluis.com\/es\/comprar-miel\/miel-de-mil-flores\/\">miel de Mil Flores de L\u2019Avi Llu\u00eds<\/a> con el vino tinto crea una salsa espesa, brillante y equilibrada: la miel aporta dulzor y profundidad, mientras que el vino da cuerpo y aroma. El resultado es un guiso que se deshace en la boca.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1059\" data-end=\"1090\">Ingredientes (4 personas)<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1433\">\n<li data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1129\">\n<p data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1129\">800 g de ternera cortada en dados<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1152\">\n<p data-start=\"1132\" data-end=\"1152\">2 cebollas grandes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1169\">\n<p data-start=\"1155\" data-end=\"1169\">2 zanahorias<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1190\">\n<p data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1190\">3 dientes de ajo<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1215\">\n<p data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1215\">200 ml de vino tinto<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1281\">\n<p data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1281\">1 cucharada generosa de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rebostavilluis.com\/es\/comprar-miel\/miel-de-mil-flores\/\">miel de Mil Flores de L\u2019Avi Llu\u00eds<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1310\">\n<p data-start=\"1284\" data-end=\"1310\">500 ml de caldo de carne<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1332\">\n<p data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1332\">2 hojas de laurel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1377\">\n<p data-start=\"1335\" data-end=\"1377\">Harina para rebozar ligeramente la carne<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1410\">\n<p data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1410\">Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1433\">\n<p data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1433\">Sal y pimienta negra<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1440\" data-end=\"1469\">Preparaci\u00f3n paso a paso<\/h2>\n<ol data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"2200\">\n<li data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1588\">\n<p data-start=\"1474\" data-end=\"1588\">Enharina ligeramente la carne y m\u00e1rcala en una olla con aceite hasta que quede dorada. Ret\u00edrala y res\u00e9rvala.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1589\" data-end=\"1724\">\n<p data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1724\">En la misma olla, sofr\u00ede la cebolla picada hasta que quede transparente. A\u00f1ade las zanahorias en rodajas y los ajos laminados.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1831\">\n<p data-start=\"1728\" data-end=\"1831\">Incorpora de nuevo la carne y a\u00f1ade el vino tinto. Deja evaporar el alcohol durante unos minutos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"1933\">\n<p data-start=\"1835\" data-end=\"1933\">Agrega el caldo, el laurel y la miel de Mil Flores, removiendo para que se integre bien.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1934\" data-end=\"2093\">\n<p data-start=\"1937\" data-end=\"2093\">Tapa la olla y deja cocinar a fuego lento durante 1 hora y media, aproximadamente, hasta que la carne est\u00e9 tierna y la salsa tenga una textura espesa.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2094\" data-end=\"2200\">\n<p data-start=\"2097\" data-end=\"2200\">Corrige de sal, pimienta y, si lo deseas, a\u00f1ade una cucharadita extra de miel para equilibrar el sabor.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 data-start=\"2207\" data-end=\"2236\">Consejo de L\u2019Avi Llu\u00eds<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2237\" data-end=\"2357\">S\u00edrvelo con pur\u00e9 de patata, arroz blanco o pan reci\u00e9n hecho.
