A diferencia de otros rellenos, la miel aporta una dulzura m\u00e1s profunda, arom\u00e1tica y natural, estrechamente vinculada al territorio y a la tradici\u00f3n ap\u00edcola. En <strong data-start=\"532\" data-end=\"547\">l\u2019Avi Llu\u00eds<\/strong>, la miel no es solo un ingrediente: es una forma de entender la cocina, el respeto por la naturaleza y el sabor de siempre.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"1008\">Esta receta de \u00abpastissets\u00bb de miel mantiene la base cl\u00e1sica de la masa, aromatizada con an\u00eds y mistela, pero apuesta por un <strong data-start=\"796\" data-end=\"836\">relleno elaborado con miel de azahar<\/strong>, cabello de \u00e1ngel sin az\u00facar e ingredientes sencillos que enriquecen la textura y el sabor. Estos ingredientes, trabajados con cuidado, dan como resultado un relleno arom\u00e1tico, cremoso y con cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1723\">Para empezar, <strong data-start=\"1421\" data-end=\"1464\">calentamos suavemente la miel de azahar<\/strong>, solo lo justo para que quede bien fluida. Es importante no llevarla a ebullici\u00f3n para conservar todas sus propiedades y su caracter\u00edstico aroma floral. Por \u00faltimo, <strong data-start=\"1859\" data-end=\"1910\">incorporamos el pan humedecido y bien escurrido<\/strong>, ajustando la consistencia hasta conseguir un relleno <strong data-start=\"1965\" data-end=\"1988\">espeso pero cremoso<\/strong>, f\u00e1cil de trabajar e ideal para rellenar los \u00abpastissets\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2047\" data-end=\"2081\">Ingredientes para 4 \u00abpastissets\u00bb<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2082\" data-end=\"2282\">\n<li data-start=\"2082\" data-end=\"2107\">\n<p data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2107\">125 g de harina floja<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2108\" data-end=\"2142\">\n<p data-start=\"2110\" data-end=\"2142\">60 ml de aceite de oliva suave<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2143\" data-end=\"2169\">\n<p data-start=\"2145\" data-end=\"2169\">20 ml de licor de an\u00eds<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2170\" data-end=\"2190\">\n<p data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2190\">20 ml de mistela<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2191\" data-end=\"2209\">\n<p data-start=\"2193\" data-end=\"2209\">10 g de az\u00facar<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2210\" data-end=\"2251\">\n<p data-start=\"2212\" data-end=\"2251\">Relleno de miel preparado previamente<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2252\" data-end=\"2282\">\n<p data-start=\"2254\" data-end=\"2282\">Az\u00facar blanco para rebozar<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2284\" data-end=\"2311\">Elaboraci\u00f3n paso a paso<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2312\" data-end=\"2491\">En un bol grande mezclamos la harina, el az\u00facar, el aceite de oliva, el licor de an\u00eds y la mistela. Amasamos a mano hasta obtener una masa fina y homog\u00e9nea que no se pegue al bol.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2493\" data-end=\"2740\">Dividimos la masa en <strong data-start=\"2514\" data-end=\"2540\">4 bolitas de unos 60 g<\/strong>. Colocamos cada una entre dos papeles de horno y la aplastamos con el rodillo hasta que quede bien fina. En el centro a\u00f1adimos una cucharada generosa del <strong data-start=\"2695\" data-end=\"2714\">relleno de miel<\/strong>, sin llegar a los bordes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2742\" data-end=\"2985\">Cerramos el pastelito en forma de media luna y sellamos bien los bordes con los dedos o con un tenedor. Horneamos a <strong data-start=\"2858\" data-end=\"2887\">180 \u00b0C durante 15 minutos<\/strong>, hasta que est\u00e9n ligeramente dorados.
